Promotional Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“General Promotional Terms”) govern the various promotions offered by us to you (“Promotions”) from time to time via or in association with this Website and constitute a legally binding contract between you and us. Promotions will also have specific terms applicable to them, and we will make those clear to you within the relevant advertisement or headline offer (or equivalent) or else by means of a link. Any Promotion-specific terms shall form part of these General Promotional Terms. By participating in any Promotion, you agree to be bound by these General Promotional Terms.

These General Promotional Terms should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Our Terms and Conditions are incorporated into these General Promotional Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these General Promotional Terms and our Terms and Conditions, the provisions of these General Promotional Terms shall (to that extent only) prevail. Capitalised words in these General Promotional Terms shall have the meanings set out in the Terms and Conditions unless they are specifically defined in these General Promotional Terms.

Where used in any Promotion-specific terms, “Bonus” or “Bonus Funds” mean any funds or equivalent which we have credited to the bonus wallet of your account (the “Bonus Balance”). Bonus Funds cannot be directly withdrawn or paid-out but must be used for the placing of wagers on this website. Depending on the Promotion, these Bonus Funds may be convertible to real money in your account (the “Cash Balance”) after fulfilling a specific set of terms and conditions within the Promotion (i.e. a wagering requirement).

Cash Balance funds are used first when wagering with the exception of cases where the player account contains Free Spins/Spin Credits/Game Coupons locked to the game/provider accessed by the player at that time, in which case the Free Spins/Spin Credits/Game Coupons will be used first, before real money. Generic bonus funds are used only once the cash balance is empty or insufficient. Free Spins and Spin Credits on specified games can be played on desktop and mobile unless otherwise specified.

3.1 Free Spins
Free Spins are a type of bonus attached to a specific game with a set bet amount. E.g., 5 Free Spins on Moon Princess at $0.20 per spin. Winnings from Free Spins are paid out as a generic bonus with standard wagering requirements unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise specified in promotion specific terms and conditions, Free Spins are configured at maximum paylines , min bet/line.

3.2 Spin Credits
Spin Credits are a type of bonus attached to a specific game category or provider. E.g., $5 Spin Credits on Live Casino games. Winnings from Spin Credits are paid out as a generic bonus with standard wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Game Coupons
Game Coupons are the only type of bonus available for use in the Pachinko Hall. Game Coupons may have wagering requirements, as stated in the terms and conditions attached to the offer. Your coupon balance is added to your balance in the pachinko Hall.

Game Coupons will be consumed first, before cash when playing in the Pachinko Hall.

3.4 Generic Bonus
Generic Bonus refers to a specific bonus amount (e.g. $20.00) which can be used on any game or game type in the casino. Players must meet the wagering requirements (20x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified) before their bonus can be converted to cash. Generic bonus is not applicable for Pachinko, which can only be played using cash and Game Coupons. Your generic bonus balance will not appear in the Pachinko Hall.

A wagering requirement means the number of times you must wager the value of a Bonus awarded to you before that Bonus becomes part of your Cash Balance. Until you have met the wagering requirements for a Bonus, all winnings from that Bonus will be pending. If you forfeit the Bonus, all Bonus Funds (i.e. winnings relating to that Bonus) will also be removed. The default bonus wagering requirement is twenty (20x) times the amount of the Bonus received. Each Promotion has promotion-specific wagering requirements which will be made clear to you within the relevant offer. Wagering requirements will not apply to any wagers using your Cash Balance.

Where a Promotion consists of a wagering requirement, different games will be regarded as providing different percentages of the relevant wagering requirement, as follows:

Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms and conditions, non-funded accounts can play and win real money, either by using Game Coupons, Free Spins, or other bonus types which may be issued as part of a sign-up promotion, loyalty reward, or other marketing campaign (after completing wagering requirements). “No deposit bonus winning” shall refer to winnings accrued from any bonuses that were given to a player without the player having to first fund their account.

Players must make their first deposit on the site before they can withdraw any no deposit bonus winnings.

The player will be eligible to withdraw no deposit bonus winnings worth up to 10 times the value of the original bonus amount.

If winnings derived from a no deposit bonus exceed 10 times the original bonus amount, the remaining balance of any no deposit bonus winnings will be voided.

Any amount deposited by the player and any winnings that did not come from a “no deposit bonus” will not be affected by deductions.

7.1. Free Spin and Spin Credit expiry
Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms and conditions, Free Spins and Spin Credits must be played within 48 hours after being claimed. Once your Free Spins or Spin Credits have been played, the resulting winnings are awarded as a generic bonus.

7.2. Generic bonus expiry
Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms and conditions, which must be met within 30 days after it has been awarded. Wagering requirements must be completed within the same period.

7.3. Game Coupons expiry
Unless otherwise specified in the offer terms and conditions, Game Coupons will expire 7 days after being awarded. If wagering requirements are present, they must be completed within the same period.

You can withdraw any withdrawable funds at any time without any restriction. Any withdrawal is subject to our regulatory obligations being fulfilled. However, if you make a withdrawal, you will forfeit any remaining Bonus Balance. Please see the Terms and Conditions for the details of withdrawable funds.

Before any withdrawals are processed, your play will be reviewed for any irregular playing patterns. In the interest of fair gaming, we have a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, irregular play and fraudulent activity. If we discover, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that you are engaging, or have engaged in one or more of the following activities:

• Bonus stacking;
• Two tier betting;
• Covering multiple outcomes whilst wagering a Bonus in order to reduce or remove risk;
• Utilization of Bonus Funds to abuse progression slot games mechanics;
• Multiple account strategy / proxy account strategy;
• Affiliate CPA or revenue share abuse;

We reserve the right to conduct an investigation and restrict your account pending its outcome (including any pending withdrawal request).

If, after investigating, we discover or reasonably believe that you were engaging in one of the above activities, we reserve the right to restrict the use of your account during withdrawal requests and/or confiscate your funds and/or close your account and/or remove your eligibility to participate in any or all future Promotions and/or to receive bonuses available. If we impose such a restriction on your account, this will not prevent you from receiving the full benefit of any Bonus for which you have previously qualified.

Additionally, if you fail to actively play with your deposited funds, we may require a specified wagering requirement which can vary (e.g. 2x the deposited amount) which may also involve specific game requirements or may exclude certain low-risk bets or games types, at our full discretion. These measures ensure a fair gaming experience for all our members while preserving the entitlement to bonuses earned before any restrictions are imposed.

Where you choose to play with low-risk bets or game types prior to meeting the wagering requirement, you acknowledge that we have the right at our absolute discretion to void any winnings derived from such games.

Unless otherwise stated in terms for a specific Promotion, Bonuses on this website will be playable on any game. We may exclude specific games from Bonus play at our discretion. When there is a list of games that are excluded from Bonus play, this will be set out in the significant terms and conditions of that promotion.

In order to receive a deposit Bonus, you must opt-in to receive the Bonus via the cashier when a Bonus is displayed, or you may change your profile settings to receive such Bonuses by default when you make a deposit when active Promotions are available. If multiple deposit Bonuses are available for you at the same time in the cashier, the more advantageous Bonus for the deposited amount will be automatically selected.

You can opt out of receiving any given Bonus. You can opt out of receiving instant deposit bonuses in the cashier, by changing your profile settings. In case a Bonus has already been issued on your account, you must contact customer services and request that the Bonus is removed from your account prior to making your first wager after receiving the Bonus.

Promotions can only be claimed once per account, unless otherwise specified. Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, unless otherwise specified.

We won’t use any details of your wins unless you specifically consent to us doing so. Where relevant, and in accordance with applicable law, we will make available on request the name and country of major prize winners, provided that no personal data will be disclosed.

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Curaçao. You agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Curaçao courts.

16.1 You will be automatically registered on the Loyalty program when you register an account on Vera&John. Players who created their Vera&John account prior to 01/10/2020 will be registered on the Loyalty Program following their first wager activity with cash from the launch of the Loyalty Program.

16.2 You will be awarded with Loyalty “Credits” for making cash wagers on Vera&John.

16.3 Credits have no monetary value and may only be redeemed at the Vera&John shop.

16.4 The number of credits you are awarded will vary depending on the RTP of each game. Each respective game RTP can be found in the Game Information page/Games Rules page within the game itself. If the RTP value is not available for a certain game, a default RTP of 97% will be used.

16.5 All necessary information regarding the number of credits earned and available to the player is visible on the ‘Loyalty Program’ page. We reserve the right to change the rate of credits awarded and/or convert your loyalty credits to a different denomination or value.

16.6 To advance in the Loyalty Program, a player is required to make cash wagers on any game on the Vera&John website. No level progression will be activated by wagers made with bonus funds.

16.7 Your Loyalty Level will be based on your cash wagers throughout the previous calendar month. Your Loyalty progress will be reset at the beginning of each new calendar month. A calendar month starts on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. We reserve the right to change the setup of the progression levels and/or modify your Loyalty level.

16.8 You will always enjoy the highest Level achieved for 1 full calendar month. If you achieve Levels 5. Expert, 6. Mania, or 7. Master you will enjoy that Level for 2 full calendar months.

16.9 We reserve the right to confiscate your credits if your account has been inactive. Inactivity is defined as a 90-day period wherein no wagers or deposits are made.

16.10 Vera&John reserves the right to remove credits and suspend or terminate your account in cases where fraudulent activity or abuse is suspected. This shall include but is not limited to; using more than one account, bonus stacking, two tier betting, multiple account/proxy account strategy, using a VPN or masking IP address, Affiliate CPA or revenue share abuse.

16.11 We reserve the right to alter these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant updates to these terms before they come into force.

16.12 Players who registered as Affiliates are not able to participate in the Loyalty program.

16.13 Wagers on pachinko machines and pachislots in the Pachinko Hall will not award Loyalty Credits and do not count towards the Loyalty Program.

16.14 PlayJumbo bet contributions will not award Loyalty Credits and do not count towards the Loyalty Program.
