    Please note that it is not allowed to use a payment method that does not belong to you. It is also forbidden to use business accounts. 

    If we detect or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a payment method does not belong to you, any winnings resulting from the relevant deposit(s) may be voided and we reserve the right to close your account.

    To view your current account balance, log into your account and check the top right corner of the page. If you can't see your most recent deposit, it might help to refresh your account by logging out and back in again. You may also need to clear your cache and cookies.

    If your deposit has been debited from your account but not credited to your player account, please contact our customer service.

    f you try to make a deposit that exceeds your limit, you will receive a message on your screen informing you that you have reached your limit and that your deposit has been cancelled.

  • How do I increase my deposit limit?

    You can change your deposit limit at any time provided that you have set them up yourself. Select 'My profile' in your account and selecting Gaming Limits. Enter the new deposit amount you'd like over a set number of days. A confirmation pop-up box will appear where you can click on 'Set Deposit Limit' to confirm your setting. Please note that it takes 24 hours to increase your deposit limit.

    If your limit has been set by customer service, please contact us in live chat to request a higher deposit limit. Please note that at least one month must have passed since your last request to increase your deposit limit before you can request a new deposit limit increase.

You may be offered a bonus, to accept this, you must tick the Bonus box. Please ensure you only make deposits from accounts held in your own name.

    The minimum deposit amount that can be made in a single transaction is €10. In regions where Rapid Transfer is available, it may be used to make a minimum deposit of €5.

  • When can I make my next deposit?

    Once a deposit has been accepted and appears in your player account, you can deposit again. Unless you have set yourself a limit, you can make your next deposit when your deposit limit is no longer exceeded. The deposit limit you have set can be seen in your transaction overview.

    For example, if your deposit limit is €40 over 3 days, count back 3 days (to the exact time, e.g. 14:01) from the moment you want to deposit and calculate how much you can deposit. So, if you deposit €15 on Monday at 14:01, €10 on Tuesday at 11:00 and €10 on Wednesday at 13:00, you will not be able to make another deposit until 14:01 on Wednesday. Your next deposit on Wednesday can be a maximum of €15, as the €40 over 3 days runs from Tuesday at 11:00am.
