    After applying for withdrawal, we basically try to complete the withdrawal procedure within 24 hours.
    When withdrawing money, we may ask you to authenticate your account depending on the usage status of your account.
    In that case, please note that withdrawal arrangements will start after the account verification is completed.

    Please note withdrawal processing during weekends and public holidays might take longer than usual.

    Unfortunately, you won't be able to cancel your withdrawal if it's already been approved and processed by us as that means the payment is already on its way to your E-wallet or bank account. Your winnings will be on your e-wallet within a few minutes, in the case of bank transfers within 3-5 working days.

  • Why can't I withdraw my bonus money? When will I be able to withdraw those funds?

    Unfortunately, you can't withdraw bonus funds, only funds in your 'Cash balance' are available for withdrawal. Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, they must be converted to real money. To do this, you must meet the wagering requirements of the bonus.

    For example, if you have a bonus amount of €20 which needs to be wagered 40x, you will need to make €800 worth of bets. Once you have bet €800, any further winnings will be 'cash converted' and will then appear in your 'Cash balance'.
