  • Q: How do I deposit?
    A: In order to make a deposit to Vera&John you first need to register your own account. If you don’t have an account with Vera&John yet, you can register by clicking on the signup button on the home page. After you have registered your account, log in and click the "My Wallet" button which you can find in the middle of each page. When you have chosen the method that suits you best you enter the relevant account information and the funds will be credited to your account according to the time stated in the information. Most of our deposit methods are instant!
  • Q: Are there any fees for depositing?
    A: Yes, we take a fee on deposits. The fee can vary between different payment options. You can find more information on the deposit page. All withdrawals of more than 500 kr are free though!
  • Q: What deposit procedures do you accept?

    A: The deposit procedures currently accepted at Vera&John are bank transfer and card transactions such as VISA, MasterCard, Moneybookers, Neteller, Paysafe card Instant bank.
  • Q: Why did my deposit fail?
    A: With card transactions the minimum deposit amount is €10. After ten transactions/attempted transactions within one day, the card will be temporarily blocked from the site for 24 hours. Credit card deposits might fail also if your 3D-secure code is missing or if it does not exist, in which case you are advised to contact your bank where you can get your 3D-secure code for card transactions.
  • Q: How do I withdraw money from Vera&John?

    A: You request a withdrawal under “My account”, where you select “Withdrawal” and then the method you wish to use. Vera&John does impose a €5 fee for withdrawals of €50 or less. Withdrawals of €50 or more are free of charge. In addition, your financial institution may charge a fee for the transaction. Withdrawals by bank and VISA take between two to five banking days to reach your account. Withdrawals by e-wallets take up to one day.
  • Q: I made a withdrawal request today from my Vera&John account. How long do the withdrawals usually take?
    A: Our goal is to process all withdrawals within 72 hours. For security reasons we process all withdrawals individually. For security reasons Vera&John will always ask users for documentation in order to process the first withdrawal.
