1. First Deposit Bonuses
Vera&John Casino offers all members a First Deposit bonus. For instance: "Deposit up to €100 and receive a 100% Bonus."In order to receive this bonus, you will need to make a deposit into your Casino account, your bonus will be credited straight away and has a 40 time wagering requirement.
2. Reload Bonuses
If you have an active reload bonus it will show as a BONUS CUP below your account balance on all pages. A Reload Bonus is usually based on the same principles as a First Deposit Bonus, in other words when you deposit a certain amount, you will receive a percentage cash bonus based on the deposited amount. We occasionally offer fixed bonuses as well, ie deposit €20 - get €10 bonus.
The reload bonuses will be offered on the site and through newsletters. Reload bonus offers may vary, if so updated terms and conditions will be displayed in connection with the bonus at hand. If no specific terms and conditions are stated we advise to the standard terms and conditions of bonuses.
3. Free money (Locked Bonus)
Free money (Locked bonus) bonuses are given out by Vera&John Casino to random players at unspecified times throughout the year. Free money (Locked bonus) is an amount of bonus locked to a specific game or category of games. Once this bonus has been received we will post a popup displaying which game(s) the bonus is valid on. They may vary in amount and frequency and will often be communicated via email, so please make sure that you have an updated email address, so that you don’t miss out on any of our Current Casino Promotions.
Each Free money (Locked bonus) bonus has a release cap which usually is 20 times the bonus recieved. You can find the release cap for each specific bonus recieved under the Bonus info button on your account.
Bonus rules
Bonuses that are easy to understand: Your Balance is split between your Real Money that you can cash out immediately, and your Bonus Money, which is locked for a period of time until you satisfy the usual bonus criteria. Your Bonus becomes Real Money as you play, and is added to your Real Money balance instantly

The bonus will expire after 30 days of not fully utilizing the bonus amount.
Withdrawals
In case you change your mind and want to cancel a deposit and withdraw your money before you have met the wagering requirement it is important that you do not gamble the bonus that you have received. Just contact our customer service team and we'll remove the bonus and approve your withdrawal.
If you do not wish to take advantage of the Bonus, and be tied into any associated wagering requirements, thereby allowing you to be able to withdraw your winnings at any time, then just contact customer service team upon receiving the bonus and we'll remove it from your account.
You can request a withdrawal of your deposited amount without having met the wagering requirement. Should you choose to do this, you can only withdraw the amount that you deposited which triggered the bonus under the terms that the entire bonus sum remains. For example: You deposit €20 and we offer you €20 as a deposit bonus. There is then €40 in your account. Before meeting the wagering requirement (which usually is 40 times the bonus amount) you wish to withdraw your deposited amount (€20). We will then retract the bonus and any winnings before we can approve your requested withdrawal. If you have already gambled part of the total balance on your account you can only request a withdrawal of the remaining amount after the bonus sum has been returned to Vera&John.
